With extensive experience in veterinary medicine, Dr. Block is committed to providing exceptional care to pets in St. Petersburg and the surrounding communities within south Pinellas County and Tampa Bay.

Dr. Block earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine, in 2001 where she developed a strong foundation in veterinary science. Throughout her career, she has focused on general practice, encompassing a wide range of services from routine wellness exams to the diagnosis and treatment of complex medical conditions. Her areas of interest include preventative care, internal medicine, and client education.

Known for her empathetic approach and clear communication, Dr. Block ensures that pet owners are well-informed about their pets' health. She believes in empowering pet owners with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their pets' care. Her dedication to ongoing education and staying abreast of the latest advancements in veterinary medicine enables her to offer the best possible care to her patients.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Block enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved pets. She is an active member of the community and often participates in local events and pet health awareness programs.

Dr. Mark Williamson, DVM

Dr. Mark Williamson is a dedicated and highly experienced veterinarian at Community Animal Hospitals (CAH) in St. Petersburg and Dunedin Animal Medical Center in Dunedin, Florida. With a passion for animal care, Dr. Williamson brings a wealth of expertise in emergency medicine, soft tissue surgery, and general practice to pets in south Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay area.

Dr. Williamson spent the majority of his career as an emergency veterinarian in Michigan, where he honed his skills in critical care, acute medical management, and complex surgical procedures. After relocating to Florida, he joined the veterinary teams at CAH and Dunedin Animal Medical Center, contributing to their mission of delivering exceptional, compassionate care at a fair value. His surgical expertise includes routine procedures like spays and neuters, as well as advanced soft tissue surgeries, ensuring comprehensive treatment for his patients.

Known for his calm demeanor and commitment to excellence, Dr. Williamson provides thorough diagnostics, preventative care, and personalized treatment plans. He values client education, empowering pet owners with clear, actionable information to support their pets’ health and well-being. His contributions extend beyond the clinic, as he has shared pet care insights through platforms like petMD, reflecting his dedication to community education.

In his personal life, Dr. Williamson enjoys time with his wife and their beloved dog, Griffin, embodying the same care and devotion he extends to his patients. Dr. Diana Delgado

General Practice, Dental

image of Dr. Delgado, DVMDr. Diana Delgado joined Dunedin Animal Medical Center in the fall of 2015. She grew up in Tampa Bay and completed her Bachelor and Master’s degrees at the University of Florida. Dr. Delgado earned her BVM&S at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, nature, photography, and outdoor adventures. She’s happy to have found a new home in Dunedin with its strong Scottish heritage, which reminds her of her time in veterinary school.
